Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Except confessional statement of co- accused Arbind Pal as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Moreover, co- accused Arbind Pal and several other accused, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case no. 66/2015.
