The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of Neha Kumari, daughter of the informant, aged about 14 years by Anil Yadav with the help of his mother, petitioner and brother-in-law. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, being the mother of co-accused Anil Yadav. It is further submitted that it would appear from the order dated 20.08.2015 vide A.B.P. No. 146 of 2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge that petitioner, Sita Devi, mother of accused Anil Yadav, is not involved in kidnapping of daughter of the informant, Neha

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case no. 123 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
