The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that when the Informant reached at Parvej meat shop, all of a sudden, five kids came on the road and one of the kids dashed with the motorcycle of the Informant and received injury, whereupon, he was surrounded by large number of persons. An allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has given order to kill the Informant. Save and except this, there is no other allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11860 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that some of the accused persons have also been granted anticipatory bail by the court below.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Javed @ Kana, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
