The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 30/30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 30 bottles of illicit liquor from a field.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said field is adjacent to the field of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation and the period
