2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for modification in the Judgment and Order dated 29.06.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1596 of 2020.

3. For the reasons mentioned in this modification petition, the same is allowed.

4. The order dated 29.06.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is permitted to challenge the order dated 09.11.2019 and not 21.06.2017.
