ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner who is a Juvenile seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 17.3.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 43 of 2014 by the 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah by which he has affirmed the order dated 7.5.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Chautarwa Bathwaria, P.S. Case No. 119 of 2013, G.R. No. 852 of 2013.

Having considered the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference with the conviction of the Petitioner. Hence, the revision application is dismissed.
