The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nokha P.S.Case No.310 of 2017 pending in the Court of ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram registered for an offence under Sections 392, 411 and 414 of the IPC.

It appears that this petitioner and two others are named in the FIR with specific allegation that they intercepted the informant and snatched the money and motorcycle from his possession. The petitioner and one Pappu Kumar @ Pappu Kumar Yadav were immediately apprehended by the villagers and from their possession, stolen money and motorcycle were recovered. On perusal of the case diary, it appears that a large number of witnesses have supported the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28708 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 allegation of snatching money and motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner and also apprehension of this petitioner by local people. Besides that the petitioner is involved in 14 cases of similar nature of different period commencing from 2010 to 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
