2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 414, 420, 419 of the IPC.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner was arrested with a stolen motorcycle. On search from his bag, 141 ring-shaped stone of different colors, a small bronze bowl, a mobile set and Rs. 1500/- cash were recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59554 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 Nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is under custody since 05.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
