This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report is against unknown. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 14.12.2015 but till date petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade and the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
