This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mujahidpur P.S. Case No.164 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2021. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67243 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mujahidpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance in Mujahidpur Police Station, District - Bhagalpur, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
