JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3676 of 2018, wherein this Court had passed following order:- "...In view of the above, the writ applications are disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the decision of this Court as indicated hereinabove within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and extend the same benefit to the petitioners, if it is found covered by the decision in L.P.A. in view of the litigation policy of the State Government..."

2. Opposite parties have filed the show-cause wherein

Patna High Court MJC No.3200 of 2019(3) dt.07-04-2025 3/3 in paragraph No. 7 it has been stated as under:- "...7. That in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances the petitioner No. 1 to 6 and 7 have granted benefit in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble court but the claim of petitioner no. 7 has also examined and rejected the same vide memo No. 1381 dated 06.12.2019..."

3. A copy of the order dated 06.12.2019 has also been enclosed as Annexure-B to the show-cause. On perusal of the paragraph No. 7 and the Annexure-B of the show-cause, I find that the examination directed to be made in the writ petition has been complied with by the opposite parties and after examination of the case of the petitioners, vide Annexure-B to the show-cause, the claim of the petitioner No. 7 was rejected, while the claim of the petitioner Nos. 1-6 was allowed.

4. Accordingly, I find that the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3676 of 2018 has been complied with by the opposite parties. The contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
