Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since long.

Heard learned APP and perused the report. From perusal of the report it appears that out of 11 charge sheeted witnesses seven have been examined and trial will be concluded within a period of further six months.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible. With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
