2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023 instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 15.600 litres of country made foreign liquor was recovered from Gumti.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that the alleged Gumti does not belong to the petitioner. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his name has been disclosed by the Chowkidar due to village politics. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. II, Bhojpur at Ara in Shahpur P.S.
