Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report, but in course of investigation, the informant gave phone number through which the call of ransom was made and later on, on the basis of aforesaid phone number, petitioner was arrested. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the above stated phone number stands in the name of brother of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner runs the coaching centre and does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named
