Petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28652 of 2018(4) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018.
