JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner and one other person were arrested in a forest and on their disclosure the police made raid and arrested one Pravin Kumar @ Parvin Kr. Verma, who happens to be full brother of the petitioner, and from whose possession fire arms, Naxal articles as well as other things were recovered. Admittedly, nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner does have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of paragraph 3 of the bail petition.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with U.A.P. case No. 7/2016 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. case No.16 of 2016.
