JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S.Case No. 190 of 2012 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is case of misuse of privilege of bail and petitioner will appear on each and every date during trial and has been in custody since 02.11.2017 as his bail was cancelled on 17.08.2017 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Bishwanath Mahto and Niranjan Mahto are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S.Case No. 190 of 2012 with condition that they
