On instruction from the Secretary of the Bihar School Examination Board, learned counsel for the Board informs the Court that they are holding a special examination for Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test in terms of certain judicial orders already passed in this regard in some other writ applications, which relief the present petitioner is also seeking in his writ.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits very fairly that the special examination so conducted will be treated an extension of the 2011 Examination and candidates, who become successful in the said examination, will have a equal right for consideration, if not appointment, subject to their qualifying position they acquire.

3. Such a position cannot be disputed even by the respondents; otherwise, the special examination will have no meaning.

4. Respondents are directed that whatever exercise they may take for
