JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 17.02.2014 but up till now only charge could be framed. It would appear from perusal of the record that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of 26 cases and taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as facts and circumstances of the case, earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2015 passed in Cr. MIsc. No. 36897 of 2014 and analogous cases. Again, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 01.09.2015 and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 213 of 2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28138 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 arising out of Belsand P.S.Case No. 21 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Sitamarhi stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner after his production from Darbhanga Jail. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
