JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial in the instant case has commenced. He further submits that in the instant case, the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for grant of bail is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same preferably within a
