Cause of action accrued to the appellants-State on 05.12.2018. Sufficient cause has not been show so as to condone the delay from 05.12.2018 to 19.03.2020. Thereafter, from 20.03.2020 to till filing of the LPA dated 22.11.2021 would be COVID-19 period.
2. Having regard to the fact that for the first spell
Patna High Court L.P.A No.651 of 2021(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 there is no reasoning and sufficient cause has not been shown. Accordingly, I.A. No. 02 of 2021 for condonation of delay stands dismissed. Consequently, the present LPA No. 651 of 2021 stands dismissed.
