The sole petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 392/ 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case charge has already been framed. Meaning thereby, that trial has already commenced. Considering the fact that trial has already commenced, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail stands dismissed. While dismissing the prayer for bail, considering the fact that trial has already commenced, it is
