The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 (G.R. No. 920 of 2015) registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant Pulkit Singh is that his daughter Manish Kumari aged about 15 years was enticed away by the petitioner and four others with intention to marry with coaccused. In course of search, informant came to know that victim was kept in the house of the petitioner. Thereafter, informant went to the house of the petitioner, who narrated that the co-accused Sofiya @ Amod Sah kept the victim in his house for three days and today, his daughter went with her husband. No.50878 of 2015 (3) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that there is no role of the petitioner in the kidnapping of the daughter of the informant, nor the victim has stated anything against the petitioner. It would also itself appear that when the informant reached at the house of the informant, she narrated the entire incident herself.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachiya, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 (G.R. No. 920 of 2015), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
