2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stealing the motorcycle of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57945 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, Bihar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Rajepur Police Station District- East Champaran on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
