2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 13.2 liters of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the motorcycle in question and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
