JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 16-10-2015 Heard Mr. Dhirendra Nath Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Deepak Sahay Jamuar, learned AC to AAG 6, appearing for the State.

Having perused the materials on record and the order which has been passed in this writ petition, we are of the view that this writ petition needs to be closed with appropriate directions to the respondent No.2, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani and the respondent No.5, namely, the Investigating Officer, Ladania Police Station, in the district of Madhubani.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.683 of 2015 (4) dt.16-10-2015 We, therefore, direct that the Investigating Officer of Ladania Police Station shall carry out the investigation of Ladania P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously in accordance with law. The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani shall ensure that the investigation of the case aforementioned proceeds in accordance with law and is concluded expeditiously. With the above observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
