Learned GP7, appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3, on the other hand, submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable at this stage as the petitioner has not exhausted all other statutory remedy available to her.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
