Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 5, in which it has been stated that the remaining amount of G.P.F. to the tune of Rs. 2,95,330/- has been paid to the petitioner by cheque dated 22.11.2017. Learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 5 assures the Court that the cheque would be handed over the moment the petitioner appears before the respondent no. 4.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off observing that the cheque prepared in his name for Rs. 2,95,330/- be handed over on the petitioner appearing before the respondent no. 4, without any delay.
