JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the articles mentioned as stolen one is not of any distinctive character to implicate the petitioner. He further submits that the case was registered against unknown. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 24.03.2018, but he was not put in Test Identification Parade. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not put in Test Identification Parade in a case registered against unknown, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
