JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 788 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the cheques for maturity under the relevant schemes were issued in favour of the investors by the Director of the Company and not by the petitioner who was merely a Branch Manager and had handed over the money collected from the investors under the schemes to the Company.

4. Learned APP for the State on the basis of the case diary submits that the accused persons have collected money from the investors and they run away after shutting down their
