JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of injuries sustained by the informant of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50621 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 any manner by this order.
