In this case, petitioners are challenging the order dated 25th January 2016 arising from Complaint Case No. 703 of 2015, Tr. No. 844 of 2015.

Allegation has been made in the complaint petition that petitioners blocked the public road and when it was objected the they assaulted and victim and took away Rs. 5,000/-. The counsel for the petitioners submits that already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12640 of 2016 (2) dt.01-08-2016 2/2 the dispute of Rasta has been settled by the order of the S.D.O. These are the matters to be seen at the relevant stage. This Court does not find any merit in the present case and the same is dismissed with the liberty to raise all points at the appropriate stage.
