Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim who died after ten years of her marriage. There is no witness of the occurrence nor the Doctor has found any external injury on the person of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 15.06.2017, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58592 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No.267 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
