The present writ petition has been filed for removal of the encroachment made over the public land in question. This Court is of the opinion that for removal of encroachment from the public land, the petitioner is required to approach the concerned Circle Officer. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bahadurpur,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16740 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 District Darbhanga under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, whereupon the Circle Officer shall take appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
