2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-323, 341, 307, 354, 354-B, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, in the backdrop of land dispute, the accused persons having armed with weapons, started assaulting the informant. It is also alleged that the petitioner No. 1 tried to outrage modesty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61379 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries suffered by the injured are simple in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 16-062024.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Swati Priyadarshini, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024 with condition that the petitioners will cooperate with the trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
