1. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 05 of 2025, dated 06.01.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2) and 64(1) of the BNS.

2. Heard Mr. Niraj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Mushtaque Alam, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the plea that the FIR was registered after the delay of 18 days from the commission of the alleged occurrence and the victim is said to be the sister-in-law

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59460 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 of the petitioner and victim's sister has no issue, due to which the petitioner solemnized marriage with the victim with the consent of his wife and in this regard, the victim herself has filed a petition before the trial court in which she accepted all these facts and denied the allegations levelled in the FIR and also coupled with the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 05 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
