2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 641 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have injured the victim with a knife.

4. The I.O. of case has appeared in this case personally with the injury report and upon perusal of the same, it is clear that the injury caused to the victim cannot be caused by a knife and the same is simple in nature.

5. Considering the fact that the injury caused to the victim is simple in nature, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Jurisdictional Investigating Officer in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 641 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.

7. The injury report produced by the I.O. of the case, is taken on record.
