Petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Since, none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pray for regular bail before the learned court below. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 331 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
