Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the theft of motorcycle is against unknown.
The recovery was not from the possession or house of the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2703 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amnaur Police Station Case No. 144 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
