2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has already received the compensation amount of Rs. 19,14,600/- (Nineteen lakhs fourteen thousand and six hundred only) but the same is less than that of the actual compensation amount which is calculated to be Rs. 51,62,262/- (Fifty one lakhs sixty two thousand two hundred and sixty two only). Therefore, he submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed
Patna High Court CWJC No.14718 of 2022(3) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 representation before the Respondent No. 2 annexing all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
