Petitioner is said to have used forged red card for making his claim over the land of the informant.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner's father as well as informant's father were full brothers and the card in question had been issued in the year 1977 and, as a matter of fact, this case has been brought on account of land dispute. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
