JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner along with co-accused Ranjan Singh @ Rajendra Singh did the work of spy and it was other co-accused, who shot fire on the deceased. Moreover, co-accused Ranjan Singh Rajendra Singh has already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 03.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2443 of 2016.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachiya ( Bhagalpur) in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 59 of 2015.
