The petitioner has been in custody since 06.12.2017 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 437 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)/a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only cartridges are said to have been recovered which also is being denied by the petitioner and not being in conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
