The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is that he inflicted discriminate injury with Farsa to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been caused on non-vital part of the body and the same has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50990 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 371 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
