Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report and are said to have not only abused the prosecution party by the name of their caste but have also assaulted them on non-vital part with lathi.

The injury attributed to these petitioners being not grievous they are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which
