The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, informants suspects the hand of this petitioner in the murder of her husband. It is submitted that only on suspicion this petitioner has been accused in this case. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. The police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. However, counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the FIR. During course of investigation suicide note of the deceased was found in the house in which name of this
