Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 2.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.809 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the trial has not yet been concluded.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Perused the report. From perusal of the report it appears that the trial court must conclude the trial within six months. In that view of the matter,I am not inclined to grant bail
