JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.12.2017, seeks bail in Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No. 397 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/ 34. 341, 448, 326 and 307 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that due to dispute for construction of house the petitioner poured K.oil over body of the informant and Rizwana set fire by match stick.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant as well as other witnesses during investigation has categorically alleged that it was Rizwana who poured k.oil and set fire on the body of the informant and not about the petitioner. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sultana is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No. 397 of 2017.
