JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The trial court has reported that ten prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is going to be disposed of very soon.

Therefore, it is obvious that trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and there is every possibility of disposal of the case in near future.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and hence, his prayer for bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13922 of 2016 (3) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 connection with Jahanabad P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad stands rejected.
