JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Town) P.S.Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections 354B, 354C, 354D and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that while the informant used to go to attend coaching classes, on the way petitioner made filthy languages and pull her Dupatta and also threatened to throw acid. Submission is that on the same day of occurrence, mother of the petitioner had lodged a police case against the father and other members of the present informant and there is case and counter case between both sides and he is custody since 09.10.2017 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1792 of 2018 (3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria(Town) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017.
